Technical seminar on the Galileo Call for proposals issued by Torino Wireless
This seminar will give an up-to-date scenario on the Galileo Satellite Navigation System, and will present the Galileo” Call for proposals issued by the Torino Wireless Foundation and addressed to small and medium enterprises operating in Piedmont. Technological and normative aspects will be explained, as well as applications and actual cases presentation.
The seminar will be focused on opportunities for SMEs to develop devices and applications related to the Galileo System. Among countless applications we can find all the services of so-called “intelligent transportation” (management of terrestrial, aerial and maritime traffic through advanced instruments and technologies), environmental monitoring, telemedicine and emergency management.
The seminar is tailored for SMEs interested in submitting the “Galileo” Call for proposals, and aims at developing their capability to capitalise this enormous potentiality business.
This event is organized by the Torino Wireless Foundation and the Chamber of commerce of Torino to support small and medium enterprises. It is also part of the activities managed by the ALPS Innovation Relay Centre of the Chamber of commerce of Torino.
