Presentation of eContent Award Italy

Prize for best e-content

This meeting will present eContent Award Italy, the contest wich is organised in order to select the best Italian eContent products to the World Summit Award on the occasion of its second edition (Tunis 16-18 November 2005).

This award encourages creativity and drives young talents toward international contests. The aim is to create and spread quality multimedia and digital contents. All the different aspects of the future Knowledge Society are covered:

  • eCulture
  • eScience
  • eGovernment
  • eEntertainment
  • eHealth
  • eInclusion
  • eLearning
  • eBusiness

Key-features are content and creativity. The contest is open to any company, organisation and individual active in the content industry and based in Italy. The presented e-product must be produced mainly by an Italian individual or company, which must reflect Italian’s local morals and traditions.

How to apply

The meeting is promoted by Province of Turin, Cooperation Agency of Local Boards, Pari-Go Onlus, Torino Wireless Foundation and Torino Digital Culture.

The event will also introduce the international meeting Financing Cooperation to Bridge the Digital Divide, an activity of Province of Turin and Cooperation Agency of Local Boards.
