To enable identification and grouping of SME proposals, the meeting is organised in two steps.
- FIRST SESSION: February 13th 2007
The first session is dedicated to detailed presentations by Thales about their needs. All SMEs participating to this session will receive a catalogue of the participating SMEs after the registering deadline day on January 30th. An informal session for exchanges between SMEs is planned for the end of the day. A room will be available for SMEs wishing to organise meetings with other SMEs. Concluding this first session, Thales will distribute a questionnaire for information.
The SME Pact will forward SMEs proposals to Thales on February 22nd. Thales will analyse and keep the most interesting ones. SMEs will be informed on March 5th of Thales selection.
- SECOND SESSION: March 13th 2007
The second part is dedicated to presentations by the selected SMEs on the criteria of competences/skills and solution proposals. These proposals could be made jointly by SMEs having grouped for this occasion.
