Since 2006, a partnering event has taken place every year at the World Congress, organised bythe Centre for Innovation and Business Development(CIDEM) -a department of the Catalan Government’s Ministry of Innovation, University and Enterprise- toghether with a core group of Innovation Relay Centres (IRCs) with the aim of helping European start-ups, SMEs and laboratories in the mobile technology sector initiate transnational technological partnerships.
