The Piedmont Region needed to improve the collaborative processes between the entities operating in the third sector.
Solution
In collaboration with SocialFare and S&T, Experientia has helped the Region to improve the collaborative processes between the realities operating in the third sector, promoting social innovation and creating the right conditions for the realisation of the so-called “second generation Welfare”, which requires:
- Direct involvement of citizens and their organisations in the reorganisation of protection systems;
- Activation of new resources from private individuals, citizens and their free organisations to make the system sustainable;
- Construction of new forms of relationships between the state, its territorial divisions and citizens;
- Identification of new financial instruments.
