A&G  wants to deepen the realm of expert systems for real estate enhancement in real estate, as a possible exploration field capable of providing a valid solution to the critical issues that the banking system is going through due to today’s crisis. The creation of a valid tool, generated by the combination of research within expert systems (area real restate appraisal) and available technologies, to support the banking system capable of providing a correct evaluation of the property, is the main motivation behind this feasibility study.  The feasibility study will provide a first technical verification of feasibility from the management and IT point of view of a tool for assessing the real value of the properties, capable of supporting the banking system in the management of real estate, avoiding the aggravation of losses recorded in the financial statements and thus favoring a poss credit market reopening  to support the national economy.
