The study is based on the need from both side ( condominium administrators and condominiums) to structure the information previously trasmitted by phone or by letter by taking it on a shared and interactive web / mobile system. Similarly it is necessary to be able to access on-line and independently for the condominium documents, to ask through web service and monitoring their delivery, to make telematic communications and not least to ask for a professional technical advice by accessing a list of selected suppliers to be queried through the system.
