This feasibility study is based on the belief that the e-learning world market is still in a growth phase after reaching in 2010 a turnover of 53 billion dollars worldwide. The demand for training also increases in our country for entrepreneurs who want to understand the opportunities, especially in the ICT sector.This study is aimed at obtaining a complete scenario of the practices and software solutions on the market and the possible evolutionary and innovative solutions in order to anticipate the competitors proposal to enterprises of innovative solutions in the field of online education.The goal is to define a detailed scenario of reference for identifying the strategic requirements for the future development of an automated vertical solution, which enables to manage integrally or individually the various phases of multimedia production and delivery processes, and use of content.
