The caring services market places the quality of the information provided and the focus on it simplification of their use; access to this information must also take place through all contact channels available. To meet these needs, it is no longer sufficient for suppliers to display a site with an e-shop of products and offers but it is necessary to structure and continuously update a broad knowledge base on technologies and on the market offering, which includes news, faqs, articles and insights, as well that information relating to products, services and procedures.
