ZIRAK is an Italian SME founded in 2000, with an office in Italy, a consolidated presence in Germany and a Research and Development laboratory in Portugal.

We have a long and successful cooperation with international companies in the automotive, railway, IoT and industrial sectors and provide our customers with turnkey solutions and consultancy on automotive and IoT related topics, ranging from architectural analysis and management requirements, implementation and validation of solutions.

In the automotive field, Zirak has successfully designed and developed critical modules for infotainment, telematics, clusters, ADAS and autonomous driving systems, contributing to numerous projects in collaboration with important Tier1s such as Marelli, MTA, Magna, BOSCH. Our end customers include top names such as Stellantis, BMW, PSA, Alfa Romeo, Porsche, Ferrari, on Linux based systems, Autosar and Android. We have also collaborated in the implementation of a management system for electric vehicle charging stations.

In the IoT field, we have contributed to various Machine2Machine projects (management of torque wrenches, sanitization system for hospital environments and electric bike-sharing platforms), as well as Logistics and Predictive Maintenance projects, both for automotive and Industry 4.0 applications.

Finally, in recent years we have specialized in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence techniques applied to environmental sustainability, designing and developing innovative platforms for monitoring the territory such as:

– analysis and intelligent management of large forest areas

– remote detection of aquatic invasive species

using multispectral images acquired by drones, with upscaling aimed at remote sensing and predictive analysis through satellite images.
