Certiblok is an innovative Italian company specializing in decentralized cloud document management, headquartered in Trento. Founded in 2021, we offer businesses a revolutionary solution to protect and manage critical documents with absolute security.
Our technology
We use a unique decentralized architecture based on 26,000 globally distributed nodes and Ethereum blockchain. Documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM client-side, fragmented into 80 parts and distributed across the network, ensuring total immunity to ransomware attacks by design. Only the owner maintains absolute control of their data (zero-knowledge security).
What we offer
The Certiblok platform combines enterprise security with consumer-friendly simplicity, including innovative features such as Share’n Talk (integrated chat in documents), Audit Room for inspections and validations, Edit Room for controlled collaboration, and secure QR Codes for instant sharing. Our DRM (Document Relationship Management) system automatically manages versioning, deadlines and notifications.

We serve SMEs, professional firms (legal, administrative), manufacturing companies with quality certifications, and large multinational enterprises requiring total control over sensitive data. With approximately 400 customers and 16 employees, we position ourselves as a secure alternative to vulnerable solutions like Google Drive or complex ones like SharePoint.
