FIDELIOMED is an Italian healthtech company developing a digital diagnostic platform for hematological diseases, with an initial focus on anemia and iron disorders.

Our solution combines a point-of-care device for capillary blood analysis with artificial intelligence algorithms and a layer of clinical intelligence that integrates clinical and laboratory data into expert, actionable insights for clinicians.

This enables real-time triage and monitoring in hospitals and in community care settings (primary care, outpatient clinics, pharmacies), making it easier to detect anemia early, optimize treatment pathways, and prevent complications.

Our goal is to build a new standard of territorial “hematology intelligence” that supports healthcare professionals, improves patient experience, and helps reduce avoidable hospitalizations and costs for health systems.
