Airtisan

Airtisan srl is an innovative startup based in Forlì, Italy, specialised in the development of AI-native software solutions for the analysis and management of technical risk in industrial processes.
Our main product is RISQ, a SaaS platform for FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) built natively on the AIAG-VDA 7-step standard. RISQ integrates generative AI models to support quality engineers and product development teams in identifying failure modes, performing functional analysis and defining corrective actions, reducing analysis time compared to traditional Excel-based workflows and improving the coverage of identified risks.
The DFMEA and PFMEA modules are currently available; the Quality Suite (Control Plan, FTA, 8D/CAPA) and integrations with MES/PDM/PLM systems are under development.
The team is composed of three managing partners with many years of experience in industrial quality, software development and AI. We address the manufacturing sector in general, with a focus driven by the operating context of our clients: in particular automotive, aerospace and railway.
