Neuratio

Neuratio is an AI-based SaaS ticketing platform for industrial machinery manufacturers. It transforms technical know-how, which is currently fragmented and often informal, into a shared, accessible, and reusable corporate memory. The goal is to reduce response times, operating costs, and dependence on individuals.

Today, technical support in SMEs depends on a few senior technicians and their personal experience. Information is rarely structured, and many support requests are repetitive or incomplete. Technicians are forced to reconstruct the context each time, search for information in emails and manuals, and engage in lengthy exchanges to obtain missing data, wasting a lot of time on low-value activities.

Neuratio centralizes all requests in an intelligent ticketing system and builds a living knowledge base, fed by manuals, technical documentation, and resolved cases. This memory grows over time and makes knowledge accessible to the entire team.

Incoming emails are automatically analyzed and classified: repetitive or incomplete requests are handled independently, while more complex cases are supported with AI-generated draft responses, ready to be validated by the technician.

The result is more efficient, scalable, and reliable support, which goes from being a cost center to a strategic asset integrated into existing workflows.
