Maintenance Improvement through Data Analysis

The core of the solution is based on a system collecting data from sensors on equipment simulating and monitoring the functioning, both individually and as a logical process. The system will propose a series of algorithms useful in identifying how the process works within parameterized phenomena. The collected data will be processed using algorithms to be developed in order to communicate aggregated data associated with counters.

The analysis also should permit to locate the correct planning policies and rischeduling of maintenance activities .This study tries to define the variables useful for the future construction of a dashboard that simply allows to analyze re-planning costs and benefits of scheduled maintenance and other choices
