Ultraspazio is a proptech company that designs, develops and manages digital and physical platforms for sharing desks, meeting rooms, offices, homes and event spaces

The company’s vision translates into high-tech ‘flexplaces’ (coworking and cohousing) to guarantee workers and inhabitants the best well-being conditions, the highest quality standards and maximum freedom of action in planning their days.

Since 2018, Ultraspazio, through its online portal, has been connecting people looking for a desk, an office, a meeting room for both short and long periods with companies that have extra space to rent.

The model was initially tested in Piedmont and in 2024 counted 20 coworking spaces of which 17 in Turin, 1 in Milan and 2 in London.With the MountAIn Desk (MAID) digital system, the portal’s offer, starting in 2025, will expand in Valle d’Aosta and in the territories of the entire Alpine arc with focuses dedicated to the comfort, sustainability and impacts (scientific, environmental, social, economic and technological) of flexplaces and the tourists and digital nomads who will use them.
