CINFAI

The Consortium carries out academic-scientific research and operates through the Research Units belonging to the consortium universities, promoting synergy between groups with complementary skills and through the sharing of laboratories and infrastructures. Research activities, carried out at an absolutely international standard, focus on highly topical subjects: from Meteorology to Climatology, from Oceanography to Hydrology, in general on all the environment problems and its management. In CINFAI, moreover, there are transversal scientific and technological methodological skills, from Applied Mathematics to Computer Science, from sensors for environmental monitoring to the analysis of data observed from space and from the ground.
