Associazione Bitcoin Torino

Bitcoin Torino is a non-profit recreational and cultural association, non-partisan and apolitical. It acts as the linking body of Turin’s Bitcoin ecosystem: it coordinates local organizations and connects them with businesses and institutions, without replacing their autonomy.

The Association’s activities are:

• Outreach: supports educational activities and cultural events.
• Events: promotes meetings in different settings to connect companies interested in this technology.
• Adoption: supports companies in the proper use and custody of Bitcoin, or connects them with leading companies in the industry.
• Promotion: brings together Bitcoin-related activities in the city, with six communities mapped.
• Connection: fosters collaboration between industry organizations and city institutions. Partners include Politecnico di Torino, Blox Space and ToTeM (Torino Tech Map).

Torino Bitcoin City is the vision the Association is working on: Bitcoin as part of Turin’s economy, building on the city’s engineering and entrepreneurial tradition.
