Founded at the end of 2023 to bring together and systematize several entrepreneurial ventures developed alongside the growth path undertaken by Topcall Srl in the IT sector, Byron’s Holding Spa aims to leverage the operational capabilities of its group companies. Its goal is to provide the market with tailored solutions and proprietary software products designed to meet the needs of specific industries or market segments.

Currently, the group consists of five companies: E@quity Srl (CS), Grifo Multimedia Srl (BA), Skillgain Srl (CS), Lirs Srl (CS), and Morgan Srl (RM).

Byron’s Group’s services and solutions primarily focus on two main areas: banking and financial services, and education, training, and human resource development. Additionally, a dedicated line for local public entities offers hardware and software management and maintenance services, as well as connectivity solutions.

Education, Training, and Human Resource Development

Through its subsidiaries Grifo Multimedia Srl, Skillgain Srl, and Morgan Srl, Byron’s Group offers a comprehensive range of Digital Learning and Gamification services and solutions tailored to businesses and public administrations. These offerings integrate technological innovation and creativity with multiple learning models (formal & informal learning, game-based learning, mobile learning, social learning, and situated learning). They aim to enhance engagement, empower individuals, and improve both the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of learning interventions.

The proposed solutions are comprehensive, integrated, and designed to address all aspects of project implementation, including:
