First Personal Coin SRLS (hereinafter referred to as FPC) is an innovative startup aimed at simplifying access to decentralized technologies and web 3.0 business models built on the metaverse. The company has been offering consultancy to digital asset sector companies since 2022 and has benefited from the collaboration of young people who have integrated corporate experience into their educational journey. In the short term, the company’s goal is to provide consultancy and training in its field of expertise, stimulating the demand for online banking services in the metaverse, and then positioning itself as an enabler of these services with a ONE STOP SHOP approach, and as an evaluator of the quality and effectiveness of the products to be offered in Web3.0. Web 3.0, often also called Web3, is the anticipated evolution of the Internet, focusing on decentralization, the use of blockchain, and the creation of a more interactive and responsive environment, with Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence being key aspects. The emergence of each new channel has led to the creation of specific products, and for FPC, the first specific product of the ‘new internet’ will be DAOs. DAOs can be many things; they represent a new way of collaborating towards a goal or conducting business in an equitable and democratic manner, although the most common model is that of unique investment structures developed especially in the world of DEFI.
