FleXstructures Italia is a limited liability company established in 2018, subsidiary of fleXstructures GmbH, the parent company, based in Kaiserslautern, Germany. fleXstructures Italia develops, implements and distributes IPS Suite products in Southern Europe, Middle East and China. fleXstructures Italy also carries out engineering and research projects with usage of IPS tools.
The fleXstructures product portfolio consists of the IPS Product Suite, the perfect integrated solution for all phases of product development of the Industry 4.0:
• Design of flexible components, such as harnesses, wiring harnesses, high-voltage cables, pipes, bellows, grommets, flat cables: design, layout, dynamics and fatigue analysis, even under different pressure and temperature conditions;
• Automatic verification of the feasibility of assembling or disassembling components;
• Optimization of production workplace layout in order to respect all ergonomic constraints of the family of the workers and to optimize the production cycle time;
• Minimization of the working cycle time of multi-robot stations through the definition of the collision-free path and the optimized operation sequence of the robots;
• Analysis of set-up problems of stations equipped with collaborative robotics;
• Simulation and optimization of painting and sealing production processes, also in combination with single robots or multi-robot stations.
